Back to School with Tweedle Dee Designs

It’s time for Back to School and why not send the kids off with some fun goodies to start off the new school year!  I was inspired by the bright, bold neon colors that have been trending lately and wanted to incorporate them into a fun Back to School printable collection.

I had fun incorporating traditional school asscessories like pencils, apples and crayons, along with the bright neon colors.  Tie a bunch of pencils together with some coordinating ribbon and use as a place card or party label holder.

The large Party Labels are also fun to use as wrap around labels for teacher gifts.  Print labels on 8.5″ x 11″ white label stock, I use Avery brand, and send your kids off with a special gift for their teacher.

I also made a fun mini version of our Party Labels, they’re great for party favors and gift tags.

Cake pops are a great way to add some sweetness to a Back to School party without going overboard on the sugar.  After rolling your cake balls, dip in melted chocolate, top with sugar sprinkles and finish cake pops with a printable decorative flag .

My absolute favorite element of our Back to School party was the homemade play dough.  I designed some fun play dough labels, which include the recipe, to keep you organized.  You can download the labels for free at www.scribd.com/tweedledeedesigns.

I hope everyone has a great school year!   You can find our Back to School printable collection in our Etsy Shop, also “Like” our Facebook Page for more free printables, recipes, Etsy Shop updates and fun finds.

  1. Love this idea! I was hoping you would link it to our Back to School featured tag at In the Looop? It would be a perfect addition!
