My brother in law gave me the idea for this recipe. The ones he makes are waayyyy yummy- he makes his own sauce and all! But I simplified it just a bit and thought I’d pass this recipe onto those who need a quick, yummy meal!
BBQ CHICKEN TACOS
Frozen, breaded chicken fingers- cooked according to package directions
Pico de Gallo- I just chopped tomatoes, red onion & cilanto then added lime juice
Shredded cheddar cheese
Soft-taco sized tortillas
Make an assembly line!
1. Dip the cooked chicken into the BBQ sauce and place in the center of the tortilla.
2. Top with lettuce, cheese, & pico
3. AND ENJOY!
