Well of course you’ve all heard of Mod Podge Rocks, and it is probably also safe to assume you LOVE the sweet little author of that site, Amy Anderson.
I first “met” Amy years ago through blogging. I was on cloud 9 one day when I received an email from Amy asking if I would blog swap with her.
Blast from the past- September 2009:
She shared a cute bud vase tutorial on my site, I shared an easy kid activity Family Puzzle on her site.
I must admit, when I would get invited to blog swap with anyone back in the day I would smile from ear to ear, but having Amy ask me to post on her site made me want to do back flips! She was the biggest, (as in most-popular) blogger that had asked me to guest-post and I really felt special!
I finally got to meet Amy “In Real Life” this past April at Snap. And the shirt she wore one day had me realizing she is just as real, and sassy and AWESOME in real life as she is online. Oh I just love Amy!
So you can imagine how excited I was to see a fun package arrive on my doorstep one day from Amy’s publisher- yep, she has written a book. And I was ecstatic for 3 reasons.
1. Look how fun this book is!!!!
Over 40 projects from Amy and other crafty bloggers, including 2 of my blogging best friends, Jen and Beckie.

2. I am so happy for Amy’s success!!! Writing a book is no joke and writing an awesome book is even better! Seriously, this girl deserves every single bit of success because she is sweet and hard-working, but she is also so encouraging and supportive- she’s probably the biggest blogging cheerleader I know!
3. I GET TO GIVE ONE AWAY! The package had 2 books in it, so that means one of YOU get your own copy!!!
I used to think a girl can never have too much Mod Podge, but it turns out, you can and I have it coming out of my ears!!! SO I’m also throwing in some project supplies from my personal stash, ’cause you can’t have a Mod Podge Book without some fun Plaid products, right?
