These are the fun Snowmen Rice Krispy Treats I made last year with my daughter's kindergarten class. I found THIS recipe for Chocolate Glazed Pumpkin Cookies from Martha Stewart. I am not a fan of pumpkin pie, but I love a good pumpkin cookie, and since I am not a fantastic baker, the fact that Martha includes these on her list of "Our Easiest Cookie Recipes" made me not so intimidated to try it! Our family's Thanksgiving meal was perfect- it was my first time cooking the entire meal myself- turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing & more but my favorite dish that adorned the dining table that day were these Strawberry Pretzel Squares.
