I came across this fantastic idea from pinterest. I LOVED the concept of writing down the memories of the year and sitting down on New Year's Eve to read them all out loud with the family! My family lives in Arizona and we don't have below freezing temperatures, so it isn't uncommon to catch us outside in December sitting around our fireplace in the backyard with a crackling fire and yummy treats.
