The Enchilada Scale

You might notice in some of my older recipe posts that I make mention of an "Enchilada Scale." The meaning behind that term is this: My husband's all time favorite thing to eat that I make are enchiladas. 2011 was a memorable year for my family. My oldest son turned 8 and was baptized. We took a fabulous family vacation to Hawaii. We celebrated my grandpa's 80th birthday with a bunch of extended family. Leah started Kindergarten, got her ears pierced and we went to a Taylor Swift concert together. CHA 2012 Weekend of Fun!

Several weeks ago, I had the fun opportunity to attend CHA- the mecca for all things creative!
