A couple weeks ago I showed you the challenge I had of cleaning sidewalk chalk off a brick wall.
I mentioned the next method I would try to get this chalk off the wall was to scrub it with some baking soda- a recommendation my friend gave me.
So, one HOT morning, I grabbed an old kitchen rag, some baking soda, and our hose.
First I wet the wall.
Then I poured some baking soda directly onto my rag. I then I scrubbed.
And look-
IT IS GONE!!!
And I didn’t even scrub hard!
I don’t know why this works, I just care that it does indeed work!
YAY!!!
(Now I just need to do the rest of my wall- ugh!)
I’d say this challenge was a success, wouldn’t you?
