The Smell of Fall from Goose Creek Candle Co.

Fall is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. I love the cooler weather, the holidays spent with my family, the food and the SMELLS! I love having a house smell like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, or nutmeg or pumpkin spice. I love when friends stop by and compliment the smell of my house- it makes me feel like I did a good job covering up the smelly soccer socks and cleats coming from my boys!

Goose Creek Candle Co. recently sent me 2 of their jar candles to review- the Blueberry Passion and the Dark Vanilla Bean. I’ll be honest, I am usually disappointed with the smell of a candle-  most of them smell great in the store and then smell like burnt wax when you get them home. Finding a good candle is a treasured find in my home.

But I have to say, Goose Creek Candle Co. has a great product. Their fragrance is strong enough to fill the room with a natural, fresh scent that is very pleasant, and they don’t smell too overwhelming nor is their scent waxy at all.

And these scented candles are pretty- I love the simple jar and the brushed nickel lids.

I’ve been burning the Blueberry Passion candle every couple of days for 2 months now and it is only about half gone- the 16 ounce candles burn for 90 hours!
