Ready for a fun challenge to feel good as you put first things first?
I recently tried the Tom’s of Maine Good First application on FacebookTom’s of Maine on Twitter With everything else we get bombarded with in the media, it was refreshing to see an application that promotes positive living.
Here is how Good First works:
STEP 1:
You start by answering the question “What did you put first today that made you feel especially good?” You answer by choosing from five general topics:
Helping People | Helping Animals | Healthy Eating |Healthy Living |Caring for Mother Earth
STEP 2:
Good First then shows you which friends share your passion for the topic you selected. (This was fun to see which of my friends have used this application!)
STEP 3:
After you see your friend matches, you can tag your friends and update your status (this is optional) and then receive a free sample of the new Tom’s of Maine Naturally Dry antiperspirant for women — the first antiperspirant stick made entirely from ingredients derived from nature. A CHALLENGE:
Starting next week, I will choose a different topic each day and focus on putting the “good first” in my daily routine. Here is the schedule I will go by:
Monday- Helping People
Tuesday- Helping Animals
Wednesday- Healthy Eating
Thursday- Healthy Living
Friday- Caring for Mother Earth
