Summertime Fruit Smoothies

Summer is here! That means it’s peak season for some delicious fruit smoothies!

When we make smoothies at home, we usually don’t even use a recipe- as long as we have some of the basic ingredients on hand, smoothies are pretty much a no-fail creation!  But for those of you who want a yummy recipe, here is the one we made just this morning!

Orange, Strawberry & Banana Smoothies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of juice (any kind you have on hand)

1/2 cup of diced oranges

1 peeled banana

1 cup of strawberries

1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt

1 cup of ice

Step One:

Mix your juice and oranges in the blender for just a few seconds

Step Two:

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in the blender til you reach your desired consistency.
