This is officially my favorite thing to make right now because its super easy and very cute!!! I found quite a few tutorials online, each of them similar but different. Yesterday I re-posted the baby shower gift I made where, I rolled up some cute outfits and secured them with an elastic headbad that was adjustable and interchangeable.
