The inspiration for today's idea came to me while browsing one of my favorite stores- Lowes! I was walking down an aisle that had shelves full of boxes and rolls of chains. I grabbed the first person in a red vest I could find and asked him {very nicely} to cut 2 feet of this chain for me. From the 2 feet of chain (for only $1.40 a foot) I was able to get 3 bracelets. After I posted my Craft Area Makeover, I had email after email asking me to show how I hung my ribbon on the cork board. This is so easy, you won't believe it! By request, here is how I cover my metal alligator clips. Its a no brainer, really!Materials Needed:. Alligator clip- I get mine at Sally's Beauty Supplies. You get a box of 100 for $5. I rescued this frame!Poor yucky gold thing sitting broken on the shelf at Ross just waiting to be dumped into a landfill!No seriously, how ugly is this?!? It was a shadow box with some ugly doll furniture glued to some ripped paper... can't get much worse than this!
