Silk Vanilla Almondmilk Challenge!

When Silk challenged me to introduce Vanilla Almondmilk to someone who is not yet a fan, my first thought was of my adorable little girls, who are cute as can be, but totally picky! My three year old, especially, has very strong opinions about what she wants to eat, and she’ll turn up her nose at pretty much anything, even things she liked the day before. I set out some Vanilla Almondmilk for my girls with their afternoon snack a few days ago, and they gave it a try.

The verdict?


My seven year old Abby said, “Mom, it tastes really good! It tastes like vanilla and almonds and I really like it!”

And the true test, my super picky three year old Lizzy?


It was hard to get her to stop drinking long enough to tell me what she thought, but eventually she said, “It tastes like honey and chocolate milk!” Considering those are two of her favorite foods, I think it’s her way of saying that she loves it. :)

I really like knowing that I’m giving them something wholesome and delicious to drink, and I love that Silk Almondmilk has no artificial colors or flavors, no saturated fat, no GMO’s, and no cholesterol. I think we definitely have a couple of Vanilla Almondmilk converts on our hands!
