Ah, spring! The season of renewal, fresh starts, and… cleaning?

It’s that time of year again when we tackle those neglected nooks and crannies of our homes. Before you start to feel overwhelmed, take a look at my simple, yet effective spring cleaning schedule.

You’ll pick one space a week – a room or a certain part of a room – and then do one task a day, outlined below!

Just use this schedule as an outline and adapt it to what works for you!

Grab your cleaning supplies, put on some upbeat tunes, and let’s make your home shine!

Daily Spring Cleaning Schedule

Sunday – Setup: Pick 1 room in your house to work on this week. Plan your week + gather all the supplies you’ll need.

Monday – Minimize: Declutter all surfaces, cupboards, shelves, floors, etc. Get rid of everything you can so you have less to clean & manage the rest of the week.

Tuesday – At the Top: Clean/ dust ceilings, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.

Wednesday – Walls + Windows: Wash walls & windows, curtains + blinds, dust artwork, touch up paint, etc.

Thursday – Textiles: Clean/ wipe down the top, under + behind all furniture and decor, rotate your mattress, fluff couch cushions, etc.

Friday – Floors: Sweep, vacuum, mop your floors + clean your baseboards, etc.

Saturday – Simplify: Do something that makes this space look and feel even better! Rearrange furniture, swap your rug, add a candle or fresh flowers, paint a wall, etc.
