Hi there,
I love finding all these wonderful sites but the only problem that I have is that Americans forget that the rest of the world needs metric measurements – we don’t buy ‘sticks’ of butter, exactly how much is US cup measurements, tbsp, tsp etc…..please could you all add both measurements – I am dying to make the Blueberry Pie Doughnuts from Kleinworth but I can’t without the correct measurements!!!
Hi Veronica,
I completely understand your frustration- wouldn’t it be easier if America were on the metric system! š Unfortunately, I am not familiar with how the measurements transfer over, but here is a site that takes some of the guesswork out of it for you: http://www.epicurious.com/tools/conversions/convertingtometric
Best of luck! š
