- scrapbook paper I like to use designs that are printed on Cardstock so our bookmarks are extra sturdy
- book or magazine pages
- craft punches For this tutorial, I used a star shape. But the kids have used hearts, circles, squares... you name it!
- glue stick
- ribbon
Cut your scrapbook paper and magazine pages to the size you want for your bookmark. Using your decorative punches, punch out a design in various spots on the cardstock bookmark.
Put glue all over the backside of your punched cardstock, then place it on top of your book page. Press firmly to secure. Put a generous amount of glue on another piece of cardstock and press to the backside of your bookmark.
Add a small hole with your hole punch to the top of your bookmark. Loop some ribbon to the top & you're done!
