S'Mores in a Jar
All the flavors from a classic s'more, but simple to put together and practically mess-free! These s'mores in a jar are a perfect summer treat!

- 1 cup graham crackers crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 giant Hershey’s milk chocolate bar chopped
- 6 4 oz Mason Jars
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter until well coated. Add about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the bottom of each jar.
Add an even layer of chocolate to each jar on top of the graham cracker crumb layer - about 4 Hershey squares or 2 tablespoons.
Add 1/4 cup of marshmallow as the third layer.
Place the six jars on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until the chocolate starts to melt (it won’t be completely gooey) and the marshmallows start to brown.
Switch the oven to the broiler and toast the marshmallows for about 30 seconds. These will burn fast, so watch them carefully!
Let them cool enough to handle them, but serve warm.
The marshmallows will start to sink as they cook. Feel free to add more marshmallows to the top and broil again or use a kitchen torch to toast them.
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with any leftover graham cracker crumbs or chocolate.
