  • Make the cream cheese frosting by adding the butter and cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed until combined.

  • Add the powdered sugar (a little at a time) to the cream cheese mixture, and continue to mix on low. speed, then add in the vanilla and mix until combined..
  • After your cookies come out of the oven and have completely cooled, frost generously, then top with fruit.
