Candy Corn Marshmallow Recipe
Coconut flakes and melting chocolate go through a fun transformation in these easy-to-make Candy Corn Marshmallows. This kid-friendly kabob is a deliciously darling fall treat!

- 1- 10 oz bag jumbo marshmallows there are about 40 in each bag
- 24 oz vanilla melting chocolate or almond bark you will have some left over
- 14 oz bag unsweetened coconut approximately 6 cups total - 2 cups for each color
- Lollipop sticks
Put two cups of coconut flakes in a ziplock bag with several drops of yellow food coloring. Mix until combined, adding more coloring, as needed, until you get your desired color. Repeat with the orange coloring.
Pour the coconut flakes onto a piece of parchment paper and let it dry.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave according to package directions. Dip your marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then roll it into the coconut. Set on a piece of wax paper until the chocolate sets. Repeat with all the marshmallows in each color - 13 white, 13 yellow, 13 orange. (You will have some ingredients left over.)
Assemble your kabobs by threading a yellow marshmallow onto the stick and sliding it about 1/2 way down. Add an orange marshmallow, then a white one.
