  • In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix, canned pumpkin, milk, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving cups, then chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Top with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.

Notes

*You can use Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding, but you'll need to make it on the stovetop and cook according to package directions BEFORE adding the other ingredients. The Instant Vanilla Pudding doesn't need any prep.
