  • 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate I use BAKERS
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 12 chocolate chip cookies such as Chips Ahoy
  • whipped cream or ice cream to top
  1. Heat oven to 425°F

  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH for 2 min. or until the butter is melted.

  3. Stir with a whisk until chocolate is completely melted.

  4. Stir whole eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and flour with a whisk until blended.

  5. Gradually whisk into chocolate mixture.

  6. Line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper liners, then spray with cooking spray and place 1 cookie, upside-down, in the bottom of each cup.

  7. Cover cookies with batter.

  8. Bake for 8 min. or until cakes are firm around the edges but still soft in the centers. Let stand for 1 min.

  9. Carefully remove cakes from pan, invert onto dessert dishes, and then remove paper liners.

  10. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
