  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 400. 

  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half and arrange them in a baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Brush the barbecue sauce over the chicken pieces and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
