Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe
These delicious and crispy baked chicken wings are so easy and quick to make, and come out of the oven crisp and tender. Perfect for parties and snacking!
Servings: 8 People
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone liner and spray with cooking spray.
In a large ziplock bag, toss together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the wings in the flour mixture to coat. Place the wings 1-2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet and spray the top of the wings with cooking spray.
Bake 20 minutes, then turn the wings. Bake an additional 15 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
