Cottage Cheese Jello Salad Recipe
Cottage Cheese Jello Salad is a delicious side dish that tastes like you're eating dessert with your dinner!
Servings: 8 people
- 1 8 oz. container of whipped topping
- 1 3 oz. box of Strawberry Jello
- 1 16 oz. container of cottage cheese
- 2 cups. strawberries diced (about 10-12 large strawberries)
Put the whipped topping and Strawberry Jello in a large bowl and whisk until well blended and the Jello has dissolved.
Fold in the cottage cheese and sliced strawberries.
Transfer to a pretty bowl if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
