Ingredients

  • fresh rosemary sprigs
  • fresh Mozzarella balls
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olives
  • salt balsamic glaze, olive oil - optional

Instructions

  • Clean all but 1 inch worth of greenery off the rosemary sprigs so you have 3-5 inches of usable skewer space.
  • Skewer the tomato, cheese, olive, and salami.
  • Line up on your serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze or olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
