Pigs In A Blanket

Crispy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside, these simple cocktail sausages wrapped in crescent dough need only three ingredients to become the best pigs in blankets ever! You'll love how easy these are to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 24 Lil Smokies Cocktail Sausages
  • 1 egg optional
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the can of the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 narrow triangles.

  • Dry your sausages by patting them gently with a napkin or paper towel.

  • Place 1 sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll them towards the small point of the triangle. Place the wrapped sausages on your prepared baking sheets.
  • Optional - Brush with egg wash or melted butter and sprinkle with the desired toppings.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the baking sheet and serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces.
