Italian Chicken Kabobs Recipe

These Italian chicken kabobs are a savory appetizer everyone will love!

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and cubed
  • 40 Pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 40 large black olives
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 40 cubs cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing I use Zesty Italian
  • 9 oz mini cheese ravioli
  • fresh parsley sprigs optional


  • Place the chicken, ravioli, olives and Kraft salad dressing in a large plastic resealable bag. Add the Italian dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 15 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
  • To build each kabob, thread your meats, olives and cheese on a skewer, adding fresh parsley here and there to make it look pretty! skewer.
  • You can drizzle more Kraft Italian dressing over the tops of each kabob or serve it on the side for dipping.
  • Eat and enjoy!
