1 mini muffin pan. Mine has 24 cups, but you can use whatever size you have. You'll just need 1 pretzel, 1 spoonful of cookie dough, and 1 rolo for each cup, so adjust your recipe ingredients accordingly.
- 24 chocolate covered pretzels You can also use regular pretzels without the chocolate
- 24 refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 24 Rolo candies
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease your mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Break the chocolate covered pretzels into small pieces and place them flat on the bottom of each muffin cup.
Scoop rounded teaspoons of the peanut butter cookie mix into muffin tins, on top of broken pretzels and press down lightly. (If you are using break apart dough that comes in pre-measured squares, you’ll only need ½ a square per cup.)
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
When cookies are done, remove from the oven and immediately press 1 Rolo candy into the center of each cookie.
Once the candies are stuck in all the centers, LIGHTLY tap the pan on the counter to get the candies to drop a bit and fill in the cookies as they melt a bit. If you tap too hard, the cookies will come out of the pan, so be careful.
Let cool in muffin tins, then carefully twist to remove from tin once completely cooled.
ENJOY!
