Peanut Butter Cup Brownies Recipe
Servings: 12 servings
- 15 oz Brownie Mix I used Betty Crocker's Fudge Brownies
- 12 Peanut Butter Cups
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, but just before you stick them in the oven, place Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures throughout the mix so that every brownie will have at least one peanut butter cup in them once they are cut.
Bake according to package directions.
While the brownies are cooling, place chopped peanut butter cups on the top, similar to a cookie crumb layer. It is important to do it while the brownies are still hot because you'll need the peanut butter cups to melt onto the top of the brownies so that they won't all fall off the second you try to cut them into bars.
