These fun Halloween lollipops are a fun treat to pass out at a class party or on Halloween night.

- Sharpie markers
- scissors
- Pencil
- Circle templates
Ingredients
- Tissue paper
- Bakers twine
- Tootsie Pops
- Tape
- Printable Halloween tags
Instructions
- Fold your white tissue paper into large enough sections for your plate to fit.
- Trace the pattern and cut out your circles.
- Fold the tissue paper over the sucker, and secure it with a string.
- Draw eyes and a mouth with the black sharpie marker.
