  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken you can also use canned or grilled
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 wraps or tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • chopped/diced tomato, carrots, celery, onion, optional


  • Add the chicken and buffalo sauce to a mixing bowl and mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with lettuce, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
  • Drizzle with dressing, then roll it up like a burrito.
  • Serve cold, or place it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and eat warm.
