Preheat your grill. Place raw chicken cutlets in a large zip-lock bag or casserole dish.
Add all the marinade ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until well-blended. Pour over the chicken and close the bag to seal, or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a few minutes while you prep the salsa. (You can make this up to 24 hours in advance and let the chicken marinate overnight.)

In a medium bowl, mix together all the Avocado Salsa ingredients. Set aside.
