Equipment

  • 24 pint-sized Mason jars
  • piping bag or plastic ziploc bag with corner cut off

Ingredients

  • 12 cupcakes cooked and cooled
  • 6 cups approx favorite frosting
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Carefully separate your cupcakes into 2 equal part by pulling the tops off the bottom.

  • Place the bottoms of the cupcakes into the bottom of the Mason jars.
  • Pipe a layer of frosting on top of the cupcake.
  • Add the cupcake top to the jar on top of the frosting.
  • Pipe 1 more layer of frosting on top of the cupcake.
  • Add some sprinkles.
  • Put the lid on each jar and refrigerate or keep at room temperature until ready to serve.
