Cranberry Salsa

This Cranberry Salsa Recipe is sweet, savory, and tastes amazing! It's the perfect appetizer for your holiday gatherings, and it can be ready in under 10 minutes!

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar add more to taste
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded and chopped coarsely (leave the seeds in if you like it spicy)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 - 8 ounce block of cream cheese


  • Place all of the ingredients (except the cream cheese) in a food processor and pulse until it is mixed well and chopped fine.

  • Serve over cream cheese and with tortilla chips or crackers.

Depending on how tart your cranberries are you may want to add up to a half cup more of sugar.
