Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 24 oz Teriyaki marinade
  • 2 sliced green onions for garnish *optional

Instructions

Crock-Pot Method -

  • Place chicken in crock pot.
  • Pour sauce on top so that the chicken sits in a nice pool of sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Put chicken on serving tray, drizzle with sauce from the pot, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Oven Method -

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish, side by side in a single layer.
  • Pour sauce on top so that the chicken sits in a nice pool of sauce.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Put chicken on serving tray, drizzle with sauce from the pan, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

I like to serve a small cup of the teriyaki sauce from the pan right next to each plate so guests can dip their chicken if they want to.
