Chicken Roll Ups are one of my family's very favorite meals! They are simple to make and they taste delicious!

  • 2 breasts of chicken cooked and shredded
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 1 8 oz box of cream cheese
  • 3 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • splash of milk less than 1/4 cup
  • 1 green onion diced
  • dried parsley flakes and black pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese and green onions. (Don't be afraid to use your hands to do this.)
  3. Roll out the crescent rolls and spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the widest part of each crescent roll.
  4. Roll up the crescents by starting with the widest part first.
  5. Pour some bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each crescent roll in the pile of bread crumbs, then set on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, combine the cream of chicken soup, the cheddar cheese and milk in a small pot and heat of the stove stirring frequently. Add 1 green onion, pepper and dried parsley and combine. Set aside.
  8. When the crescent rolls are finished baking, drizzle the cheese sauce over the rolls, serve and ENJOY!
