Preheat the oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with foil.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese and green onions. (Don't be afraid to use your hands to do this.)
Roll out the crescent rolls and spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the widest part of each crescent roll.
Roll up the crescents by starting with the widest part first.
Pour some bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each crescent roll in the pile of bread crumbs, then set on the baking sheet.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine the cream of chicken soup, the cheddar cheese and milk in a small pot and heat of the stove stirring frequently. Add 1 green onion, pepper and dried parsley and combine. Set aside.
When the crescent rolls are finished baking, drizzle the cheese sauce over the rolls, serve and ENJOY!
