Ingredients

  • 2 breasts of chicken cooked and shredded
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 1 8 oz box of cream cheese
  • 3 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • splash of milk less than 1/4 cup
  • 1 green onion diced
  • dried parsley flakes and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with foil.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese and green onions. (Don't be afraid to use your hands to do this.)
  • Roll out the crescent rolls and spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the widest part of each crescent roll.
  • Roll up the crescents by starting with the widest part first.
  • Pour some bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each crescent roll in the pile of bread crumbs, then set on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, combine the cream of chicken soup, the cheddar cheese and milk in a small pot and heat of the stove stirring frequently. Add 1 green onion, pepper and dried parsley and combine. Set aside.
  • When the crescent rolls are finished baking, drizzle the cheese sauce over the rolls, serve and ENJOY!
