Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix Recipe
This simple and delicious peach cobbler is made with cake mix, and has only 5 minutes of hands on time. It's the perfect summer dessert!
- 1 can peaches (29-32 ounces)
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup cold butter
Preheat the oven to 350. Drain the peaches and add them to a 9 x 9 baking dish. Add the flour and half of the cinnamon, and toss to coat the peaches.
Pour the cake mix into a medium bowl. Whisk in the remaining cinnamon. Grate the cold butter into the cake mix, and use a pastry blender or two knives to blend the mixture together until the pieces of butter are no bigger than pea-sized. Spread the cake mix evenly over the top of the peaches.
Bake 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown on top and the peaches are bubbling. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
