for the crust:
- 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the pretzel crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan in an even layer. Bake 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
To make the filling, in a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk until blended. Stir in the Cool Whip; spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate.
Add the boiling water to the gelatin mix in a large bowl. Stir 2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir the berries into the gelatin, then spoon it over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
