Salted Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Salted Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies are perfectly delicious, soft, chewy, and so easy to make! Get ready for your taste buds to fall in love!
Servings: 48 cookies
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¾ cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- additional sea salt to sprinkle over cookie dough
Beat together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add chocolate chips.
Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle sea salt over the top of the cookie dough.
Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet before transferring to wire rack.
