Ingredients

  • 14 oz coconut shredded
  • 14 0z condensed milk sweetened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 egg whites large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Preheat the oven to 325. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
