Easter Cookie Recipe - Bunny Tails
Bunny Tails are a delicious Easter cookie that are incredibly easy use only 6 ingredients!
Servings: 24 cookies
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar plus some for rolling
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts I use walnuts
Preheat oven to 375*.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Blend in flour & salt.
Stir in nuts.
Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls.
Place on non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, while still warm roll each ball in powdered sugar.
Let cool before serving and packaging.
