Spaghetti Tacos

Ingredients

  • 16 oz angel hair pasta 1 package
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz spaghetti sauce 1 jar
  • 12 taco shells
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta to the boiling water, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain the water and return pasta to the pot.
  • Meanwhile, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then pour in the spaghetti sauce and simmer just a couple minutes until the sauce is heated through. Pour the meat/ sauce mixture into the pot of drained noodles and mix thoroughly until combined.
  • Once the oven is preheated, bake the taco shells for 5-7 minutes. Watch them closely as they can quickly go from golden to burnt.
  • Spoon pasta mixture into warm taco shells, sprinkle with cheese, and enjoy!
