- 16 oz angel hair pasta 1 package
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 28 oz spaghetti sauce 1 jar
- 12 taco shells
- ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta to the boiling water, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain the water and return pasta to the pot.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then pour in the spaghetti sauce and simmer just a couple minutes until the sauce is heated through. Pour the meat/ sauce mixture into the pot of drained noodles and mix thoroughly until combined.
Once the oven is preheated, bake the taco shells for 5-7 minutes. Watch them closely as they can quickly go from golden to burnt.
Spoon pasta mixture into warm taco shells, sprinkle with cheese, and enjoy!
