Ham and Jam Sandwich

Can't decide what to have for lunch? A Ham and Jam Sandwich is packed with sliced ham, melted cheese, and sweet raspberry jam. It's grilled to perfection on a brioche bun that tastes great and is so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 8 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 16 slices ham medium thickness, fully cooked and heated through
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup raspberry preserves or jam

Instructions

  • Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cut brioche buns in half and spread butter on both cut sides. Toast the buns on the hot griddle for 1 minute, or until golden brown.

  • Add a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, and 1 tablespoon of jam on each of the bottom buns.

  • Cover with a top bun and continue to grill until the cheese is melted. (If you are using a skillet, you will need to flip your sandwich occasionally to toast both sides of the bread.)
