For the dough:
- 3 cans Pillsbury Grands Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting 5 rolls in each can
Preheat oven to 350° f.
Drizzle 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream on the bottom of a glass 9x13 baking dish.
Lay cinnamon rolls in the pan so they touch.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the brown sugar and vanilla. Scoop a heaping spoonful of the sugar mixture onto the tops of each roll, spreading the mixture with the back of your spoon to cover.
Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream over the top, spreading to cover the entire pan.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly. If the tops of your rolls begin to brown too fast, cover the pan with foil for the remaining baking time. (I usually cover with foil around the 25-minute mark.)
Meanwhile, make your frosting by mixing all the ingredients with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Melt the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle over the top. You can stop here if you just like iced cinnamon rolls, or you can make them taste even more amazing by topping them with cream cheese frosting.
Serve warm and ENJOY!!
