Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

boneless skinless chicken breasts

Teriyaki marinade

sliced green onions

Instructions
Crock-Pot Method -
Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour sauce on top so that the chicken sits in a nice pool of sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Put chicken on serving tray, drizzle with sauce from the pot, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Oven Method -
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken in a baking dish, side by side in a single layer.
Pour sauce on top so that the chicken sits in a nice pool of sauce.
Cover pan with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink.
Put chicken on serving tray, drizzle with sauce from the pan, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Notes
I like to serve a small cup of the teriyaki sauce from the pan right next to each plate so guests can dip their chicken if they want to.
