Beef and Potato Foil Packet Dinners

These beef and potato foil packet dinners are a delicious all-in-one meal made with seasoned ground beef, tender veggies, and flavorful herbs. Perfect for the oven, grill, or campfire!

  • Preheat to 375 degrees F. Cut six sheets of aluminum foil (approx. 12”x18”) and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  • Divide potatoes, onion, and carrots evenly between sheets of foil.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 6 patties and place on top of vegetables.
  • Top each patty with 1/2 Tablespoon of butter and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Fold over and seal each packet.
  • Place packets on a large baking sheet(s) and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve warm, being careful as you open the packets as they will release steam.

Notes

VARIATIONS:
Campfire Cooking: Place foil packets on hot coals for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Grill: Cook on a grill at medium heat for 45 minutes.
