Breakfast Crescent Rings
This breakfast crescent ring is a fun way to serve an impressive and hearty breakfast that includes everyone's favorite breakfast foods all in a single slice. A crescent dough ring filled with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and tater tots is baked until warm, gooey, and golden!

- 16 tater tots cooked
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 12 large eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 strips of bacon fully cooked and cut into ½ inch wide pieces
- 6 ounces pork breakfast sausage fully cooked and chopped
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent dough
- ¾ - 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- maple syrup ketchup, hot sauce or white gravy, optional for dipping
Preheat the oven to 350.
Whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Cook the egg mixture in a large skillet until fluffy, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Unroll both cans of crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles.
Place a 5-inch ramekin in the center of a pizza stone, then arrange the triangles in a ring around the ramekin to look like a sun - the dough touching the ramekin should overlap just slightly.
Spoon the eggs over the dough closest to the ramekin. Sprinkle the bacon, sausage, and cheese, and top with tater tots.
Remove the ramekin, then pull the pointed end of each triangle up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the bottom edge of the dough to secure. There will be some gaps where you can see the filling.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until dough is golden and the cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly, then serve with desired sauces.
