- 24 Lifesaver candies or any round hard candy with a hole in the middle
- 6 Mike and Ike candies or any cylinder-shaped candies
- 2 tbsp Icing
- 12 Cupcakes
Place a small dot of icing in the center of 1 lifesaver. This will be the adhesive to hold the candy pacifier together. Place another lifesaver onto the icing so it is standing up. Hold it in place for a few seconds to ensure it sticks firmly. Let it dry for a few minutes.
Cut a Mike and Ike candy in half to use as the nipple of the pacifier.
Add a little more icing on the same hole of the lifesaver. Press the Mike and Ike candy into the icing. Hold it in place until it is secure. Allow the pacifier to dry completely.
Now that your candy pacifiers are ready, it's time to decorate your cupcakes! Gently place a pacifier into the center of each cupcake.
