Chocolate Chip Pancakes

This easy chocolate chip pancake recipe is sure to become a family favorite. It’s quick to prepare, absolutely delicious, and a surefire way to start your day on a sweet note.

  • Preheat skillet or pan to medium/ high heat (about 350 degrees)

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate smaller bowl, mix together the eggs, milk and 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. *Don’t over mix, the batter will be lumpy.
  • Add a drizzle of oil to the skillet to evenly coat.
  • Drop about 1/4 cup rounds of batter on the skillet, then add 3-4 chocolate chips to each pancake. Let them cook until bubbles begin to form and pop in the center. Flip, and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • To serve, drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with more chocolate chips.
