Gyro Tacos

These easy Gyro Tacos combine Greek-inspired flavors with taco-night simplicity for a quick, family-approved dinner ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

For serving:

  • 8 soft-taco sized flour tortillas
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 3 roma tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Saute red onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Add turkey, lemon juice, and oregano, breaking the turkey up and stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve warm over tortillas with desired toppings.
