Gyro Tacos

For serving:
- 8 soft-taco sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cucumber diced
- 3 roma tomatoes diced
- 2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Saute red onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add turkey, lemon juice, and oregano, breaking the turkey up and stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm over tortillas with desired toppings.
